I get up early most every morning. Sneak out of the house so as to not wake up my wife and 4 year old son, hook up my new 20 ft bass boat to my 4 wheel drive truck and head off to meet friendly people who share my love for fishing! Expectations are always high. We then set out for an adventure on one of the premiere fishing lakes in the good ole U.S. of A. I call it God's Country!

I'm Kirk Weber, principal guide for Captain Kirk's Guide Service. I've been a full time guide on Kentucky Lake for 10 years. I would like to thank everyone who has cast a line from my boat for their support. You have allowed me to live my "American Dream" by making a living at something I've loved since I was a young boy. I also want to thank God, my family, my friends and the many resorts who have helped me! I fish for every game species in the lake. Small mouth and Largemouth bass, Spotted Bass, Crappie, Red Ears, Bluegills, White Bass, Stripers, Sauger, Catfish and even Yellers. The fact that this lake has such species diversity is one of it's many attributes. Something is ALWAYS biting!! I have fished this lake for 30+ years, and consider myself adept at catching them all.
